CREATIVE PROJECT MANAGEMENT + PRINT PRODUCTION
The festival brochures are the most complex projects that the creative team produces to promote Lincoln Center’s festivals. For this piece, I created schedules, wrangled teams from separate departments for meetings, chose paper and worked with the printer and creative director to choose the best printing process, made sure changes were made accurately, and kept the project on schedule. My team also created outdoor and schedule signage, posters for each featured show, print and digital ads, and supplemental postcards and mailers. While the festival was canceled at Lincoln Center because of the global pandemic, WQXR hosted a radio version that is available on their website.
